Requirements: Restructure the information architecture
and update the content. Add an online store with complete e-commerce
capabilities. Market products to increase sales.
Solution: Focused on patient needs and promoted the
primary therapy services. Performed all functions of the online store
creation, including: Ordered inventory from wholesale manufacturers.
Performed in-house photography and digital touch-up of the products.
Researched and implemented a free secure shopping cart. Standardized
shipping and handling procedures. Produced marketing materials to distribute
among clients and conference participants.
Results: The conversion rate of visitors into patients
increased. Costs were kept low and labor and maintenance were minimized,
to achieve the highest profit margin possible.
